    Promotional offers

    Petite Petals Limited periodically run promotions and offers on selected products or lines. We refer to these collectively as our “Promotional Offers”. To use your promotion code, click the “discount code” button on the checkout page and enter the specific code displayed on the website. All of our Promotional Offers are subject to the below terms and conditions:

    Accuracy of billing and account information 

    We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order if we believe they have been placed by dealers, resellers or distributers. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment details, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail address provided by yourself when the order was placed. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. 

    Please remember to check all details are correct before placing your order as we are not responsible for any mistakes made.  Upon acceptance of your order dispatch will be arranged to your selected address. If you make a mistake with your order, you may be able to correct any mistakes made by email prior to your order being dispatched, by contacting us at petitepetals@outlook.com. If your order has already been dispatched, please return the Products to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.

    Rejecting orders    

    Petite Petals Limited reserves the right to reject or cancel your order fulfilment for any of the following reasons: 

    Payment

    There are various payment methods available to you when you reach the checkout. The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours, and you must be at least 18 years old. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. In the event that your card authorization and validation is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your order. 

    By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

    Delivery

    We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. Orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday are usually dispatched within 1 working day. Once DPD has your order, full tracking information will be provided within your dispatch confirmation email. Petite Petals Limited cannot be held accountable for parcels delayed for reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to service strikes, civil commission and weather delays. 

    Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale.
    We would advise that if you require your order by a certain date that you email us prior to ordering to ensure that this is possible.

    The content on our site is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our site is accurate, complete or up to date.

    Our obligation

    If we do not deliver the products or the products we deliver are not what you ordered or damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, our only obligation will be to:
    a) replace or repair any Products that are damaged or defective; or
    b)refund to you the amount paid by you for the Products in question

    Cancellation 

    Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel any order that you make with us online within 14 days without any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after you have received your goods. 

    To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by sending an email to petitepetals@outlook.com


    If you cancel an order after you have received your dispatch confirmation email, you must return them to us. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods back to us and your items must be returned no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of your order. 

    We will refund to you all payments received from you in relation to that order including the costs of delivery. We may make a deduction from the refund amount for loss of value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
